What we collect

Silver Value Chart does not require an account and does not ask you to register to use any tool on this site. We collect only what is described below.

Calculator inputs stay in your browser

Weights, purities and coin counts you enter into our calculators are processed entirely in your own browser. They are not transmitted to us, not stored on our servers, and not logged. We never see what you own.

The contact form

If you send us a message we receive your name, email address, chosen subject and message, processed by our form provider (Web3Forms) and delivered to us by email. We use it to reply to you and to correct errors you report. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Analytics and cookies

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are read. Any cookies set are described in the banner shown on your first visit, where one applies in your jurisdiction.

Affiliate link tracking

Some links on this site are affiliate links. Clicking one may set a tracking parameter or cookie identifying this site as the referrer, so that we are credited if you later open an account. This costs you nothing — the price is the same as going direct — and it is how the site is funded. See our about page for the full disclosure.

Third parties

Price data is fetched from third-party sources named on our about page. Those requests are made by our build process, not by your browser, so visiting this site does not expose you to them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data we hold. Since we hold almost none — essentially only what you send us via the contact form — such a request is usually satisfied by us deleting your message. Contact us and we will act promptly.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
